Compressed air is not only the power source for transporting lubricating oil, but also affects the operating life of bearings. Dust impurities and moisture in compressed air are serious factors that threaten the service life of bearings. Therefore, it is essential to equip the high-precision air source filtration and drying system for the oil air lubrication device of the electric spindle.
3. Daily maintenance management: When applying the oil and gas lubrication system, it is strictly prohibited to have leaks in the oil and gas transmission pipelines. If leaks occur, it will cause malfunctions in the transportation of lubricating oil. Therefore, in the operation and management of oil and gas lubrication systems, it is necessary to regularly check the condition of the pipelines and whether the oil flow is good.
